General Refund Policy
All purchases made through Cyborg are considered final.
Due to the nature of digital products and software licenses, refunds are generally not provided once a purchase has been completed and a license has been delivered or activated.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a software license, not a physical product, and that access is granted immediately or upon delivery of credentials. As such, once access is provided, the service is considered fulfilled.
Refund requests may be denied at Cyborg’s sole discretion at any time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the product, system requirements, and compatibility meet their needs prior to purchase. No refunds will be issued for incorrect purchases, change of mind, or lack of understanding of the product.
License Usage
Refunds will not be issued for partially used, fully used, or accessed licenses. Any form of activation, login, or use of the product constitutes usage of the license.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to fulfillment and delivery of the product or license key. Once a license has been issued, the order is considered complete and no cancellation or refund will be granted.
Downtime & Service Interruptions
Cyborg does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services.
We reserve the right to deny compensation for downtime, service interruptions, or temporary unavailability of products. Requests to pause, extend, or compensate license time are not guaranteed and may be denied at our discretion.
Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
Any chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent payment attempts will result in immediate termination of the associated account and license.
Cyborg reserves the right to permanently revoke access to all services without refund in the event of:
- Chargebacks or disputes
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Abuse of services or licensing terms
- Violation of any Terms of Service or policies
Final Authority
Cyborg retains full discretion over all refund decisions. By purchasing, you agree that all refund-related determinations made by Cyborg are final.
